Press Release Body: (October 24, 2008 - Atlanta, Georgia) Look around you. The logo on your computer, the graphic on your morning cereal box, that magazine you just picked up to read, the titling of your favorite BravoTV show, and the billboards you see as you drive around town. All of those were created by a graphic designer that you will never know - until now!
C.M.Y.K. - America's Top Graphic Designer is the hot new reality television show that spotlights exceptionally talented graphic designers as they compete for the title of America's Top Graphic Designer. The competition will be televised covering seven weeks of intensive challenges. Guest judges from design firms, major corporations, colleges, as well as celebrities and the general public will decide on the winning graphic designer. America's Top Graphic Designer will win $50,000 in cash and awards, and will launch a new chapter in their career with sponsors of the show as their new clients.
"There have been very successful reality shows that showcased many creative disciplines, but none have focused on graphic designers until now," said Cheryle Reynolds, creator and producer of the show.
The search for participants with the ability to develop and execute concepts pushing the creative dial begins Saturday, November 22, 2008 in Atlanta, Georgia, and will continue to Austin, Texas, Charlotte, North Carolina, Chicago, Illinois, Los Angeles, California, New York, New York, and Tallahassee, Florida.
Short for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black, CMYK is the model in which all colors of the universe are described as a mixture of these four. With weekly challenges, creatives from around the country will use CMYK to become America's Top Graphic Designers.
